The Immersive Storyline...
In the magical realm of the Fae, beloved Queen Selestia prepares to pass down her crown after centuries of peaceful rule. But with both her sons - Prince Ddraig and Prince Thorne - sworn to an oath of knighthood, she is left without an heir.
Now, she has declared that every citizen of the kingdom - yes, even you - is eligible to ascend the throne, or earn a place in the new ruler's Royal Court.
She has called for a grand ball at her castle, where she will host a series of thrilling interactive trials to select the new Ruler of the Kingdom, and assemble their Royal Court.
Those wishing to enter the Royal Court need only prove their loyalty by completing the Royal Court Trials. The bravest can complete the additional Golden Heir Trial to compete for the Throne itself!
Of those who are successful, one will be chosen by Queen Selestia as her new heir. At the night’s end, Queen Selestia will crown them as the new ruler of our Fae kingdom, and welcome in their new Royal Court in a grand ceremony - with much dancing and celebration to follow!

Live Performances
Witness an epic sword fight, and be dazzled as Prince Ddraig displays his ancient flame wielding magic in a thrilling fire performance! Plus other enchanting surprises woven throughout the night.
Crowning Ceremony
Fall straight through the pages of a fantasy novel as you are welcomed into the Royal Court in a grand ceremony.
Stand witness as Queen Selestia chooses our Fae kingdom’s next ruler, and crowns them in a momentous celebration.

Nestled amidst stunning gardens, on a majestic clifftop overlooking the sea, this historic 18th Century castle offers a magical backdrop that will transport you straight into a fantasy world!
A winding path leads directly to the gorgeous secluded beach - imagine the incredible photos you could get in your stunning outfit, on a calm night at sunset - with the ancient cliffs stretching into the distance, and the majestic ocean behind you.
Or go exploring and getting up to mischief in the gorgeous manicured gardens… and lap up the ambience inside the castle as you dance the night away!
How Will The Trials
Work?
Now we want to leave some secrets and surprises for you to discover on the night! But we can say that there will be a variety of different types of exciting trials stationed around the castle and its grounds, ready for you to explore!
From clever puzzles that challenge your wit, to physical feats, magical quests, or tests of loyalty and heart - there is something for everyone. Choose the trials that excite you the most, or go for a strategic approach and take on the challenges that align with your unique strengths - you’re the main character now, choose your adventure!
After the trials will be the grand crowning ceremony, following which our two Fae Princes will choose their royal partners - and finally celebration, dancing and revelry!
The Royal Court
Trials
All ticket holders have automatic access to these trials, where you can earn your place in the new Ruler's Royal Court! Each trial is worth a certain amount of points - simply earn enough points to prove your loyalty.
Afterwards, fall straight through the pages of a fantasy novel as you are welcomed into the Royal Court during the grand Crowning Ceremony - and recieve a ceremonial rose and signed certificate from our Fae Royal Family.
The Golden Heir
Trial
For the bravest, take on a final trial set by Queen Selestia herself to put yourself forward to be chosen as her new heir.
Of those who are successful, Queen Selestia will choose one person as the Fae Kingdom’s new ruler! They will be crowned in a grand ceremony - and win a stunning golden Carbickova Designs crown, and a photoshoot with our Fae Royal Family.
This experience is open to all ‘Golden Heir Tier’ ticket holders.
Do I have to take part in the trials?
Whilst we do recommend it to get the most out of the ball, taking part in any trials is of course completely optional.
When the trials are happening you are also very welcome to instead soak up the ambience, interact with our cast members, buddy up and cheer others on as they make their way through the trials, twirl on the dancefloor, or explore the castle and its grounds - this is your night and your experience!

Queen Selestia's eldest son, Fae Prince and Commander of the Queensguard. Like his mother, he wields flame magic. He is a revered knight and commander, respected throughout the kingdom. At the ball he will be assisting our Fae Queen in hosting the interactive trials, and also choosing a Royal Partner from those willing.
Beloved Queen of the fae realm, who is passing on her crown after many years of peaceful rule. Like her son, Prince Ddraig, she is a wielder of flame magic. She is a kind and compassionate, but also smart and competent ruler - which has led to peace in her kingdom for centuries. At The Queen's Heir Ball she will be choosing her new heir and passing on her crown to them, as well as assembling their new Royal Court.
Queen Selestia's younger son - Fae Prince and sworn knight of the realm. He is a skilled and fearsome fighter when needed, but is a laid back Prince, not taking his station too seriously. He is relaxed with his people and enjoys joking around in Court - which has made him loved throughout the realm.

On completion of the Golden Heir Trials, you will receive a ceremonial golden rose that is yours to keep, signifying you're eligible to become heir. Queen Selestia will choose one guest in possession of a golden rose to become the new ruler.
