Refunds

We do not offer refunds at this time

We currently don’t allow private ticket transfers. We need to ensure we have the correct guest information for safeguarding and security purposes. Private transfer of tickets may affect your entry into the event. Please contact us for further information.

Food & Drink

Each of our events offers a unique experience, so be sure to check the specific event page for details on what is included with your ticket.

Will alcohol be served?

Each event will be different, but we will generally try to use venues with bar access.

Dress Code

Our events will all be fantasy themed and formal/fantasy wear will be expected.

Photos/Videos

Please be aware that professional photographers and videographers may be roaming events. Photos and videos may be shared with guests or used by Nova Story Events Ltd for social media, marketing, and other promotional content.

Do we have to take part in the immersive story?

Whilst we recommend it to get the best out of your experience, if you want to simply sit back and enjoy the vibe you are more than welcome to.

Cloak Room

Check the event information, we will usually try to provide a cloakroom for our events but cannot guarantee it.
