Yes, our events are age 18+

Refunds

All ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we want you to book with confidence—should an event be unable to go ahead due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will receive a full refund. Additionally, for added security, you can complete your purchase using PayPal, which offers its own buyer protection.

We currently don’t allow private ticket transfers. We need to ensure we have the correct guest information for safeguarding and security purposes. Private transfer of tickets may affect your entry into the event. Please contact us for further information.

 

Food & Drink

Each of our events offers a unique experience, so be sure to check the specific event page for details on what is included with your ticket. The Queen's Heir Ball will have a card only bar offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There will also be a buffet with vegan and gluten-free options available. 

 

Will alcohol be served?

Each event will be different, but we will usually try to use venues with bar access. The Queen's Heir Ball will have a card only bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

 

What if I have social anxiety or don't want to come on my own?

We offer a small, private Discord group exclusively for ticket holders who would like to connect with others before the event. This group is designed specifically only for those looking to make friends or find someone to attend with, and we intentionally keep it small and welcoming to ensure it remains a comfortable, low-pressure space. Once you have purchased a ticket you can email/dm us to gain access. 

 

Dress Code

Our events will all be fantasy themed, and formal/fantasy wear is a must! For The Queen's Heir Ball, you will be able to complete all trials in your fantasy wear!

 

Photos/Videos

Please be aware that professional photographers and videographers may be roaming events. Photos and videos may be shared with guests or used by Nova Story Events Ltd for social media, marketing, and other promotional content.

 

Disability Access

Check event information or contact us on novastoryevents@outlook.com. There is wheelchair access at The Queen's Heir Ball venue.

 

Do we have to take part in the immersive story?

Whilst we recommend it to get the best out of your experience, our events are about you having the night of your dreams, whatever that looks like! So if you'd rather just enjoy the vibe you are more than welcome to.

 

Cloak Room

Check the event information, we will usually try to provide a cloakroom for our events but cannot guarantee it. The Queen's Heir Ball will have a cloakroom for coats and small bags.
